Argentina Trip 2008

Ryan, Mike, Dan, Matt, Vicki, Chris, Autumn...

Night Time is here...

Published by Ryan at 10:06 PM

Right now we are all winding down... Matt is in our room editing photos from the past 2 days, Dan is on the verge of snoring, Mike has his airplane supplied eye mask on listening to what sounds like country music coming from his headphones across the room, I’m typing this, and I can only assume that everyone else is sleeping sense its so quiet.

Where to start... This morning we arrived on an over night bus ride and it was very comfortable. We all sat on the upper level with 1st class leather seats that laid flat. Too bad more planes aren’t like that... (at least affordable ones) The food however was the weirdest grossest stuff. It was basically a twisted TV dinner and the one item we all seem to remember especially is a sweet bread rolled up with ham, peas, & cream cheese. Barf...

We then took a taxi, arrived early to the B&B dropped off our luggage, and set out for some good food. The search was hard mostly cause not too many places serve food early at least on a Sunday. The place we went to had a waiter who instantly gave me a ENGLISH menu. It was marked accordingly...
Guess I’ve got the look. We all ordered what we wanted only to find out 10 minutes later they only had ham and cheese sandwiches available unless we waited another hour for the ovens to turn on. So Ham and cheese it was...

Other than that we explored, napped, explored, ate, explored, had ice cream... Here are some pics to prove it…

Oh and tomorrow is nothing but wine tours. Should be very scenic. Nice…

I have to say that after seeing Keith Callaway at the meeting the other day, Dan's hair reminds me of him, just not white. Very House Partyish.

THAT PUPPY! It's Hawaii puppy all over again. So cute and wrinkled. Haha. Sounds like a nice bus ride (minus the food, tho I'm not the best judge of food). And I agree, there should be affordable seats on airplanes like that, though if there was, I'm assuming they'd have to make the whole airplane out of seats like that and then there'd be less passangers, less money for the airline to make... well yeah, anyway.

Glad you guys are keeping the adventures rolling, still awaiting the video of Ryan and a powered face, I said pretty please...

Getting homesick is not even a possibility when you get to hold a sweet little puppy like that! However, we tried to hide the picture from Rustie, but she went online when we were not looking and now she's JEALOUS!!

There are soooo many cute dogs here. It seems like everyone has a different breed. They aren´t really mangy (sp.?) or too dirty either, but seem to be really well cared for by their owners. It kind of looks like someone opened all the cages at Puppy Love and let them run free. Note to mom: let Rusty and Kiki know that they will always be my favorites. :) Can you bring Rusty or Kiki when you pick us up Friday at the airport?
